At first, we learn three Arabic words.

And, for you…!
As shown in these three words, we learn Syrian give thanks to god evryday.
However, due to the civil war in recent days, many people have images of Syrian like, dangerous, terrible, dreadful…and on and on and on…
But, there roots came from a nomadic people called Bedouin so, actually they are historically very mild person.
A lot of pictures and, many Ms.kishi’s actual experiences are included in todays presentation. So students were impressed by her persuasive presentation. ( i am one of them tho)

In today’s class, we finally finished hearing all presentation of this term project, so we formed groups.
First, we roughly talked about “what we wanna do from now” and “ how we work on each task” in each group.
And then, we searched “What is the common points” by whole class member.
We found out that “we’ll need to involve many people and do outgoing activity”.
Like,screening event or, using ICT, SNS etc..
I think this page is also one of this activity so please read this carefully lol

We discussed about how we use English in our class.
I think it’s not easy question.Everyone has a mind that using English in our class might be a good idea, but when we considering of age difference, academic topic discussion, speed of class,,, saying “use English every time” become difficult for us!!!!
Also In today’s class we had many different idea!
But, to define the time of English only is the key to create environment that anyone can participate.
＊Conclusion＊
I feel today’s class was nuch more active than last week’s one.
Not only junior students but also sophomore student stated their opinion especially in how to use English discussion 🙂
So I think it culd be better in next week!!
In next class, we’ll do more specific content so each student’s idea become more important for our class!!! XD

これらの言葉からも分かるように、シリアでは、日々神様に感謝して生活をしている国です。
現在、内戦が起きており、難民数約400万人と、危ない！怖い！というイメージを持っている方も多いと思いますが、元を辿れば、ベドウィンとゆう遊牧民族で実はとても温厚な人たちです。
実際にシリアで活動していた、岸先生のプレゼンでは、お友達の体験談や、たくさんの写真があり、非常に説得力がありました。他人事とは思えなくなり、心を動かされた学生は多かった様子です。(私もその一人ですね)

本日の授業で、今学期のpjとなるプレゼンが全て終了したので、グループ決めを行いました。
グループ毎に、今後どのように活動していくかをざっくり話し合い、
その後、クラス全体で、
各グループの共通点は何かないか話し合いました。
結果、周りの人を巻き込みながら、伝える、発信していく。ことを目標とします。

授業内で他言語(今学期のメンバーでは英語)をどのように活用していくを、話し合いました。
この問題は、なかなか難しいと思いました。
英語を活用したい気持ちはどこかにあるのだけど…
学年差、話し合い、授業の進度などを考えると、なかなか英語だけにする勇気も出せず。。。
本日の授業でも色々な案が出ました。
英語を話す機会を明確に決めて、みんなが英語を話して発言できる環境作りをしたいなぁと思いました。
＊まとめ
本日の授業では、授業内での英語活用のディスカッションの場面など、3年生だけでなく、2年生からも意見が出たり…と前回より、授業が活発になってきた！と感じました❤︎
個人的になんとなく、3年生が多いイメージがあり、クラス全体で発言するのに勇気が必要だ…！って人もいるのではなあかなぁ〜と思ってました！
ですが、来週から、より具体的に、グループ内で話し合い、一人一人の発言がより重要になってくると思います！
一週目より、二週目、
二週目より、三週目と、、、
どんどんクラスが活発になってきてると思いますので、
次週、もっと良くなるのでは…❤︎
と期待しています！
